Chris Macartney
During the mortgage breakdown and height of short sales, Chris and his team would negotiate an average of 45 homes at one time, providing assistance to troubled homeowners and extremely low stressed ways to purchase discounted properties for new homeowners.
Chris was a business member of the Long Island Real Estate Investors Association (LIREIA) for five years. He was an integral part of LIREIA meetings, assisting the president and speakers, supervising the audio and visual setup, and handling the marketing of LIREIA. In 2012, Chris and his former partner realized the need for quality real estate education that was easily accessible to new investors. This lead to the formation of Mentoring Masterminds; a real estate training program focusing on getting new investors structured with a successful business within one year, while learning the most useful techniques for success.
In September of 2014, Chris gathered the information that he learned from LIREIA and Mentoring Masterminds and started a new Long Island based real estate education company, in addition to also creating Real Estate Alliance of Long Island (REALI), a new networking group. These new endeavors did not merely focus on real estate investors. Instead, Chris wanted to educate real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, attorneys, construction companies, home inspectors, and anyone else that would find themselves with a stake in the real estate business. The focus of REALI was to foster cooperation amongst the different professionals in the business and give back to the community.
Since starting in the real estate business in 2009, he has spearheaded a “homeowner first” mentality that has been cultivated from experiences in dealing with people and businesses.
Chris and his team was super helpful with our pre-foreclosure home. They helped us out of a sticky situation with the bank. Chris was very prompt with putting everything together that was required and communicating every step with us. We definitely recommend him.
What a professional group! I had gotten myself into a horrible real estate deal with many different moving parts. Chris' team sorted out all the issues and worked with Chase Bank to create a solution that worked for me. For anyone whos facing foreclosure, you would be smart to work with these guys.
My mortgage was a mess. It had been sold to 4 different companies within the span of two and a half years. Analytics Before Foreclosure took the time to educate me in the process, help guide me to a plan, and did all the heavy lifting for me. What a blessing!
